About Chipset Drivers: Windows OS automatically installs a generic driver that allows computers to recognize basic motherboard functions. However, to make use of all board components, appropriate chipset drivers must be applied. If you install this package, the system will receive related information regarding the chipset.
Hmm, I have 10.7.4 parallel with Mountain Lion and it has the same problem. I used patched AppleCPUPowerManagement from 4.6.1 lion edition of multibeast. I'll try to use 5.0.1 it in both systems. Today my computer went to sleep once again, but I don't know how long it worked. ___Just tried patching the RTC and AppleCPUPowerManagement.kext. And I still have problem with time detection.

I've tried moving the contents of the EFI on my Raid disk that clover installed but my BIOS does not detect it. Also when I use the other flash drive to boot into clover, there is another volume called 'BOOT OS X' right next to my Raid Disk Volume that I use to boot from.

I wouldn't recommend you to update to UEFI, it's really not that good and even though it may solve your sleep problems it will add others, like lack of fan control for the CPU (a show stopper for me) and lacking voltage controls for overclock. I've been using 10.10 in legacy mode and it's been absolutely flawless and found no reason to update to the UEFI firmware other than just for fun.
On reboot, OSX loaded and I had immediate keyboard/mouse control without -f. Not only that but I had full HD 1920x1080 and my Display was recognised (LG Television, Flatron M227WD) NOTE - I did not get 'Still waiting for root device' at this point (as I did with previous MultiBeast UserDSDT) I found that I had no LAN so I re-ran Multibeast and restarted.back to 1024x768: I noted that my Display information was showing 512MB when it was HD and only 64MB when it was 1024x68 so I powered down, started, and went into UEFI to change the graphics to 512MB. When I restarted, my screen was completely garbled and I had to power off and change back to 64MB. At some point I got the 'central black box error' and everything froze with the message to press power to shut down.
Awesome, thanks for the reply. Just one more question. Do I need to load any drivers before doing a fresh install of Windows? During Windows Setup, there is a 'load driver' option. I watched a NewEgg video on building your own PC's on youtube, and the guy completely skipped this option. He was installing Windows 7 on a SSD. He installed all the drivers after Windows was installed, such as the chipset drivers, etc.
I don’t want to encourage you, but neither want to say: don’t do it. All i can say is that it worked for me, as shown on the screen captures. I have no clue why it worked for me and for others not. Could be language settings or something we don’t even dream of.

So from my side: if you feel safe and are ready to go through an unsupported downgrade path in case it doesn’t work, then fine.
